Minutes December 15th, 2011

November minutes read and accepted motions by Jeff and Patty.
Lucille has purchased more card stock for our picture cards.
Lucille, Kate & Michelle went to Selectmen’s meeting to go over our 2012 Heritage Budget.
More donations have come in for our window project. The Moose Grant for the windows has to be accepted by the town at a public hearing. Michelle will call Nancy to schedule the Public Hearing.
Kathy Holmes will be at our January meeting to discuss the banner. Our February meeting will be with Dave Bowers and his restoring of our windows. May meeting Steve Taylor
The Commission would like to start the application for the Library to be put on the NH Historic Register.
Bear Hill Scenic Designation-Michelle and Dawn will take care of this project. We will check with Selectmen to see if this can be put on Warrant.

Bob has purchased seedlings for replacement of some of the Canterbury Rd. trees.
